Bangladesh Silk Research and Training Institute was established in 1962 with a view to develop silk production, expansion and its research. At present, it is working to promote the standard of living of village people through the development of new technology and increased silk production. This app offers the history of silk production and its evolution in the country along with employment opportunity in this new sector.
