The worst app on my phone. It doesn't work 98% of the time. Or when it works it is sooooo slow, half loads things, freezes, kicks you off, not working when you select something. When you go to pay most of time it won't go through and you have to go to the till to give them a code and lay their instead which defeats the object of the app. I think your developer or tech team needs a new job and you need a new app. Never had one so bad for so long with no issues ever getting fixed.

An extremely buggy app that constantly crashes when you actually arrive at the restaurant. Places the order just fine but when you get to the restaurant and unlock your phone to tell it you're there, it completely freezes up, defeating the entire point of the app. For one of the biggest brands in the world, they have a fantastically sh*te app.

Every time I'm in McDonald's I'm desperately trying to get it to open while the queue builds up behind me, wanting to scream. It will freeze while it loads an ad I don't want to see and then I'll need to dismiss that with a close button with a tiny clickable area before I can do anything. Every page takes so long to load. The "Recents and Favourites" button in the "More" page takes you to the new order activity instead of the recents and favourites activity. Sometimes it logs me out randomly.
