I have spent 30 minutes making sure my order was right. I closed and re-opened the app more times then I can count. When the was finally right, I confirmed it. When I got the e-receipt, the effin' app charged me 15$ for an extra combo that I deleted at least 3 times. My advice, once you get there, give the code to collect the code. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE APP

This app is truly awful. Always slow and unresponsive. It freezes every 2-3 button presses so I really have to know what I want and be quick if I'm gonna use it. I usually have to put one thing in the cart, let it freeze, wait for it to close, then open it to put anything else in or check out, rinse and repeat. Been waiting for an update to fix it but the last 2 have done nothing.

This is the worst app I have ever used and it stops me from going to McDonald's more than it incentives me just because it crashes all the time and only makes it to the order processing screen like 20 percent of the time. I'll get mad, close the app, and go somewhere else. If it does work it's only after crashing upwards of ten times. Sometimes it'll crash when you get to the McDonald's leaving you sitting in the drive through looking dumb. Absolute trash app.
