With VAG mobil, the official app of the Freiburger Verkehrs AG, you will find out how to reach your destination easiest, where and when the next busses and trains leave, if your preferred connection is on time and if you like bus, train, bike and car sharing can combine.

Real-time information

Real-time information is available for many trains, buses and light rail vehicles as well as for our bike rental system Frelo. So you can check on the way, whether your journey starts on time, currently a rental bike of the desired station is available or you can spontaneously opt for an alternative connection. For connections with the Freiburger Verkehrs AG it will be indicated if the vehicle is barrier-free.


Stops information

Find the stops and bike or car sharing stations in your area and the next departures (including real-time information) with the aid of GPS tracking.

Positions of stops, car parks, points of sale and mobility centers as well as car-sharing and frelo stations, including real-time availability information; Footpath navigation and presentation of line progressions


Price and tariff information

For every connection within the RVF area, you will receive comprehensive fare information, from the single ticket to the annual pass.


Purchase / booking

After registering in the VAG OnlineShop, selected tickets can be purchased as a mobile ticket matching the desired connection. The loan and return of Frelo rental bikes is also possible. For this, a customer account must be set up at nextbike.


Announcements

Traffic disruptions and timetable changes sorted by line, with search and favorites function. Traffic tips for favorite lines are displayed in the personal area of ​​the app.


Individual settings

Individual adjustment options, e.g. Running speed and preferred means of transport. The connection overview can be displayed both as a list and as a graphic. This will always give you connection recommendations tailored to your needs.

Here individual destinations can be stored as favorites to get a quick overview of the next connection. The information is then just a click away. Also traffic information on favorite lines appear in the "Personal Area"
