Convinced me to download the app with a coupon code, then rejected the coupon code. Amateurish design. Signed in on the website, then switched to the app and signed in, and it didn't preserve my cart. Really slow and search basically didn't work. I pity the restaurant that hitches their wagon to this awful service.

I put in an order, which never made it to the restaurant, and they still charged me $3.47 (I have no idea where that amount came from). Now I'm trying to get the money back and they are making it really difficult. Do not use this app! Update (5/6/21): Responding to your request that I contact you, I already have. I've literally talked on the phone with someone from your company 3 times. Each call ended with them saying they would credit my card back, but I STILL haven't seen anything.

Never got my food because for some reason it wasn't processed as delivery even though I selected it and added the tip at checkout but got a text saying my orders ready for pickup in 10min. Can't contact them except through email so my issue won't even be solved tonight. I better get a full refund.👎🏼👎🏼
