Terrible app. The food is never ready like advertised and the company does nothing address it. Also there was an issue with my credit card and the app wouldn't let me use credits I had successfully paid for until they got their most recent payment. I was hoping to cancel but was forced to pay an extra $40 bucks just to use credits that had already accumulated. Please don't fall for this scam like did.

Depending on your location, the service can be varied - I've been able to find places with good amount of food for money. However the app itself is getting worse and worse, and sometimes even refusing to work without clearing data or resetting the phone. The straw that broke camel's back today that finally made me leave a review is it just flat out refusing to connect to the server when trying to pick up lunch even though other apps had perfect connection to the Internet.

There are some really polarizing aspects of the app... Good: - Great value, particularly if you work in an area where lunches are $9,$10 a pop. - Meals rarely change from within restaurants; but the number of places available is enough to keep lunches varied through the week. Bad: - Communication of the total amount of each plan is terrible. I shouldn't have to do math just to know the total my card will be charged each month. -The introduction to the app is rough; it's confusing and no tutorial, alert emails after renew period should be prompt and clear. - UI on website is clunky and should REALLY provide better descriptions of the service, amount per plan and meal periods. Consumers appreciate transparency and will respect it.
