Benefit from an opinion, advice or diagnosis accompanied by a prescription depending on your situation.

1. Describe your symptoms in writing. Be as specific as possible (duration of symptoms, progression, medications taken, etc.)
2. Choose the means by which you wish to be contacted by the doctor (by writing, telephone or video)
3. A doctor from the clinic takes care of you.
All exchanges take place through the MédecinDirect platform. The reason ? The latter is 100% secure and confidential: your data is in a safe place.

> Who are the doctors who answer you?
"Are they 'real' doctors?" "Are they intended to replace doctors in the office?" Your questions are numerous and legitimate! Note that general practitioners or specialists who receive you remotely generally practice in an office. They are all registered with the CNOM: it is an obligation for any doctor who wishes to practice legally in France. At MédecinDirect, each doctor is trained in teleconsultation!

MédecinDirect may be covered 100% by your health partner (complementary health insurance, insurance, etc.) or your company. Inquire!
