About this app

The Meditation Oasis® iSleep Easy app contains a wide variety of guided meditations to help you fall asleep and sleep deeply. Included is our most popular meditation: "Relax into Sleep" with over 4 million streams worldwide. You can listen to the meditations with or without several choices of music or nature sounds. In addition, you can create your own sleep program using a Playlist feature which allows you to listen to up to six meditations in one session, choosing which music or nature sound you'd like in the background and how long they will continue after the voice guidance stops. If you prefer to listen to music or nature sounds alone, a Sound Mix feature allows you to listen to a combination of music plus a nature sound, or two nature sounds together.

Great app. One of the best free apps for meditation and relaxation. I use it to help me relax into sleep and to help me fall back asleep when I wake in the middle of sleep. The "Wee Hours Rescue" is timed perfectly and I always fall right back to sleep before it's done. I like the custom Playlist option. I have 3 custom playlists. I like that I can choose how long the music/nature sounds continue after the voice stops. I set mine for 45 minutes. The tips about meditation/sleep are helpful.

You've gone back to the tiny control buttons for the player? Too bad—that was such an improvement. The more we have to struggle in the dark to find and use amateurishly small reinventing-the-wheel controls, the less likely it is that we can return to sleep. Have you actually tried using your own app? 🤷‍♂️

Great app!! Recommend. The person has a great voice. Has helped me sleep when I had sleepless nights. The "wee hours rescue" track could be a bit longer.
