The App needs much work, but good start.. They need to add a few features to make it really useful. Customer profile needs expanded so that you can add vehicles to it. Need to be able to favorite a site location for easy re-use. Need way to add a work invoice to the history and get the points. What they have works and works well. It just needs expanded a bit. So 4 stars for a good try and to encourage adding to it so as to earn a 5 star.

if you have app issues, you're out of luck. i good to a meineke frequently for my two cars, I've accumulated over 3900 points good to redeem for many services like an oil change. the app does not show that. talked to someone from corporate, they said they have no one for app help. i only have it 2 stars because i can make appointments. that's it.

Good for making appointments, but lousy for everything else. My service history never shows up. Rewards points never get credited. The coupons have no bar code, so the store won't honor them. Worst app I have on my phone. I've given up on it and only use the app to schedule appointments.
