This app would be significantly better if it included more information with each diagram (such as contraindications , precise pressure to apply, and how long to apply said pressure). As it is now, I am a bit wary of utilizing the tips provided. Perhaps if I was already well informed on this modality, the app would be useful- but then I don't believe I would need it....

I used to have this exact info in a word doc, but I lost it and the website had gone. Now I have all the info again in handy app format! I can vouch for the headache point as have been using it for years. Very happy
