With Meralco Mobile, customers can:
1. View and pay bills
2. Report an outage
3. Inquire and give feedback
4. Get notifications from Meralco
5. Compute the cost of using appliances with Appliance Calculator and Orange Tag
6. Get energy efficiency tips and updates on exclusive appliance promos with Bright Ideas
7. Find the nearest Meralco Business Center or Bayad Center
Please note that the Meralco Mobile app requires access to the following services to operate properly:
* Camera: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your device’s camera. You can use your camera to take photos and upload together with your reports on brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Storage: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access the media library of your device for you to attach photos / videos when reporting brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Location: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your location to show nearby Meralco Business Centers and Bayad Center branches.

I have been using this app for years now. But just recently, the app keeps exiting when clicking the menu. When I uninstalled and reinstalled, I can no longer log in because the app still keeps exiting. Pls fix the problem. I cannot upgrade rating because I am not able to login again since last night. ATTENTION to App Admin/Developer, This app IS NOT WORKING since yesterday!

app was great at first been using this to pay my bills and payment was real time, until the app deducted the same amount on my card 3x now because of the buggy payment option it keeps on turning white screen during payment. it keeps deducting but not showing on the account, now I have to contact my bank for the refund which a hassle. Never again will make a payment using this app

I had the same login issue where I was stucked to the login page even if app is updated. Here is what I did and it worked for me. I did not reinstall. Go to apps -> Clear app (clear cache won't work). This would ask for login details again. App works fine now
