I like that I wasn't forced into an expensive subscription to view the cameras remotely but cloud storage is way more than I'll ever spend. I wish that the playback controls were more friendly. The playback slider is clunky and cumbersome. And you have to watch it in real time. 2x 3x etc. would be a very useful feature. For what I paid for, the image and reliability is quite good. This app could sure use some work.

The banner advertising and pop-ups really destroy the value of the product. The annoyance factor is beyond ridiculous. UPDATE: Continuous pounding of advertising and pop-ups to purchase cloud storage. I would never ever buy anything from this company again. Extremely abusive customer targeting - horrific experience. ORIGINAL: No support, forced advertising that can't be stopped. I'm very sorry I purchased these camera's and am forced to use this app. Never again!

I've had the outdoor Hawk cameras for several years now. Overall the cameras seem to work. The software is another issue. I cannot get notifications sent to my phone. I've been through app settings, Android settings. Our office Wyze system has no issues(that way). Motion detection is slow to register. No person detection. Biggest is playback. It is extremely slow. The slider is very difficult to use and unless you know exactly what time. Never going to find what you want.
