The login system is incredibly clunky. Having biometrics is only useful if you don't have to end up using your password almost every time anyway. This alone makes this the worst banking app I've ever used. Only reason it's not getting 1 star is that it does everything else pretty decent, but I'm frustrated with the login almost every time I open the damn app.

Service becomes unavailable in the evening. Not long ago my card was copied, someone was using it, and of course this app was inaccessible. I'm consistently having to uninstall and reinstall this app to get it to work. At this point I wonder why the app is even available if I'm having to use the browser.

Its an okay app but for the past couple days it will not let me access my account. It says it can not get the security questions. I called the bank and after uninstalling and reinstalling it worked, then about 3 hours later it started doing it again. I have done the same process and it still will not let me into my account. It is frustrating and annoying it is doing this. Please fix this if you can.
