It's a very basic and mediocre app. It's nothing special and it doesn't look that nice but it is very functional. I actually like the website better but this app is good for quick and easy access. If you have to change any major settings with your account, you have to use the website because the app doesn't have that ability. This app is mainly useful for mobile check deposits and using Zelle to send money.

For the past couple months, I have had to frequently uninstall and reinstall the app due to an error - retry/network busy. This happens at least once weekly. It appears to be an issue for quite a few! Last update was in October 2022... In a technology driven world, S&T needs to make sure to keep current! As a small business owner, my husband rarely banks in person and relies heavily on the app.

Extremely difficult and cumbersome to use, finger print doesn't work, won't remember passwords, low image quality on check deposits (led to rejected checks). Every deposit returns an error the first time as well, and it seems the stars have to align for one to be successful. I've noticed so many bugs as a user that I find it more convenient to visit the bank in person rather than try to use this app. So many negative reviews since 2011 and nothing has been done to improve this.
