Overall the app is just ok, which I can live with. What I can't live with is constantly having to reinstall the app because it eventually just doesn't work right. Consistantly within a month of installing the app and using it almost daily it will decide I need to verify myself again with a text message and completely stop me from using my finger print even if I try to set it back up. Then after a week or so it will start consecutively forcing me to verify every time I try to log on.

Very handy app. Wish it had 1 other feature - notifications of transactions. Also it's very finicky about whether the picture of checks is clear enough. I have another app which uses 4 point focus to make sure to get a clear picture of a document every time. Takes a few seconds longer to scan 4 times from slightly different angles but at least it gets the whole document, clearly, in one attempt.

Worst app.. never saves your user name and most times after log in it texts you a code. Then it will also ask you to enroll via text when you literally just recieved text log in code, if you decline you have to re log in!! Sometimes it won't load the log in screen for days and will leave you hanging. I hate this app! It's never reliable!! I'm ready to switch banks because of this app why can't they get it together? Banking could be so easy if they get it right.
