When it functions, it's "fine" for what it is. However, the app CONSTANTLY glitches and makes it so you can't use your fingerprint to sign in quickly, forcing you to type in your (hopefully) long password every single time. The only way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It also forces you to "sign up" with your phone number almost every time you log in as well. They also made the purchases and deposits the same color instead of one being red and the other being black.

Fingerprint sign in doesn't work, Pin code sign is has stopped working, device continously becomes disenrolled in mobile banking so I have to go through the whole enrollment process every third time I sign in. Can't make external transfers from the app. It's only use is to check a quick balance and internal transfer and even that can be done quicker on web browser at this point. Used to be a great app but steadily has gotten worse with time.

I've been with this bank for almost 5 yrs now. Absolutely love them, but this app is awful. When they changed it a year + ago, it's been nothing but problems. I have not been able to get on the app for going on 4 wks now. I have to delete, reinstall to get on, and as soon as I close the app out, I can't get on it again. I'm not going to keep deleting and reinstalling. Thankfully there's online banking, but still. Fix the app!!!
