Easy to use. Has ability to read fingerprints. When it works. It requires authentication every 3 months or so. Half the time I use my fingerprint to sign in but every time it does the authentication thing I have to change my password. I am fast losing track O have had to change so many times. So then I have to call go thru a bunch of riglamore. It is annoying.

The app often doesn't understand check deposit photos, so I sometimes have to drive to a branch to deposit. Also, I used to be able to log into the app with fingerprints or it would auto fill my password, but since the latest update, it won't do either. Plus it restarts every time I login as if I'm a new app user, won't accept fingerprints even though that setting is turned on in the app, and prompts me through the tutorial of "what's new" with the app.

I really like this bank, but this app is hard to use. I doubt you'll find a worse user interface. I don't use it often, so yesterday it just said the service was unavailable. I finally called the bank & was told to update the app. Nice of the app to tell me rather than waste my afternoon waiting for that to change... The on-screen instructions tell me to press the "continue" button, which is hidden in the upper right in what looked like a header. Having to press the plus button is non-intuitive.
