Once upon a time it was the best platform for ordering medicine. Timely delivery with 30% discount. Now a days they have lessend the discount and delivering wrong products. I have orderd regularly for last 2 years but this time I found a wrong product for which I have raised a return request but not yet solved. I would recommend other people to go for other platform because it's not a trust worthy now.

I am ordering medicine from this app since long but now the problems are facing as under:- 1. App is too slow 2. Unable to upload multiple prescription with ( + ) sign as it is not working 3. Alternative medicine are not shown 4. Previously discount was 18 percent & more but now it is mere 15 percent 5. Previous month I ordered medicine more than 3000/- rupees. The problem I faced as hereunder:- In quantity I have selected 3 but u have provided 1 , this is really troublesome. Hope for best

Absolutely worthless experience. Never expected this from a brand like flipkart. Request the team to work on the application from operational perspective, I guess the developer might get irritated to use it while making a payment or while adding something into the cart. Request the development team to work on the application and launch it so that end user might get better experience. Tried with all the payment options , Absolutely pathetic experience, extremely sorry for being harsh .
