This app has always been clunky and has issues after updates. But starting in June, I stopped getting email notifications. I was told it was due to the sender being a gmail email so I have tried a couple different email (AOL and Yahoo) but still nothing. Have notifications turned on the app also but nothing is received that way either. Frustrated and think it is time to move on to a different camera system. Anyone else have this issue?

App can't bring up cameras if you have more than 3. App will attempt to show video and then attempt to rollback. The rollback usually fails and you have to close the app manually and restart it. The website works better and has no issue connecting to the cameras but the app fails 90% of the time unless you are connected via wifi to the same network as the cameras.

App is ok but it is connected to a firmware that is broken. Tech support is only via email, and my issue has not been resolved after a week. I mentioned I'm disappointed and I guess they don't care since I have old cameras. Think twice before you buy from them. Update: This junk app cannot recognize the Camera ID and PIN that their own camera locator provided. I'm throwing the cameras to the thrash. Don't do business if you cannot help your customers ðŸ˜
