Just download the app and log in with your My Account information to get started.

Maneuvering your way around the app is simpler than ever. From the main dashboard, you can access the navigation bar to easily manage all your Midco account information.

Connect with our support team directly from My Account. Click the speech bubble icon in the upper left corner of your screen to live chat with a customer service representative. Or if you prefer, you can text or call.


- Appointment scheduling.
When you have an upcoming Midco service or install appointment, you can now save it to your device calendar. Customers can modify appointments in the app and cancel service call appointments.


- More accurate outage updates.
If we detect a Midco service outage in your area, it will appear on your main dashboard.

Access your unique Connect-A-Friend referral code - which can be used to gain credits towards your Midco bill - and track your redemption credits.

This app doesn't work with a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. When I click the app, I get a completely white screen. The app never lets me access my account. I've connected with my cell service as well as my wifi. I've also restarted my phone. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Nothing has worked.

Hello, Molly! Sorry for the My Account app issues. We think this may fix it: Go to Settings on your phone. Choose Apps. Choose Midco My Account app. Select Storage. Select Clear Cache. Then try the app again. If that doesn't work, go back and select Clear Data on the last step. Let us know if you still have any issues at Midco.com/Contact.

Logging on leads to an infinite purple screen. Updating doesn't work. Redownloading, updating, Clearing cache, Waiting months doesn't work. UPDATE 11/25/20: Nothings change. Purple screen of death every single time. UPDATE 9/17/20: I'm on the re-redownloaded latest version of the app. Its running on the most powerful phone in 2020. I'm getting the exact same glitch as I did on my last phone for the last nearly 6 months.

Hi Zach, could you please confirm that you are on the most up to date version and let us know if you are still seeing the purple screen?

Please fix the app- uninstall/ reinstall does nothing to fix an odd bug where notifications for my account,& to this actual App, are "Grayed-Out", and Stuck in "BLOCKED"! position, so I am getting NO NOTIFICATIONS at all, Even when changing passwords- Please Fix!!!
