EDIT: after a response from Mindark I found that I need to manually go into the app info to allow the camera to scan the QR code. Just a suggestion but maybe have a more that tells people this in the info. Thanks. Something is wrong with the apps connection to my camera. When trying to scan the QR code all I get is a black screen with a red line(permissions giving to access phones camera). Using a samsung note 8

Installed this app on 3 phones, all of them when i try to scann the QR code, thers a Red line on screen. Also i try contact Support, told me to reinstall until it works. Over 30 reinstall - not working! Found out that u need to give permission to App to use your camera! 5* back (first gave 1*)

Do not tie your Entropia Universe account to this app! it essentially locks it to your phone, and if you lose your recovery code (or never got one) they tell you to file a support ticket. Problem is THEY NEVER ANSWER IT! It's been 2 weeks since I filed mine and nothing... If they fix it I will change my review!

Hello Blakjak, if you are still waiting for a reply from support, please update your support case. And it's true that the app is connected to your phone for security reasons, and if you for some reason do not receive a recovery code when you connect it to the phone please send a support case regarding this.
