Edit: downgrading to 1 star. This app is buggier than a humid summer's day. Do you even have a QA team? Errors like "message failed to send", voice message that fail to send then disappears so I have to record it again, or call that fails to ring are so frequent that this app is getting in the way of my getting married, not helping it. As a diamond paying member, fix the app or you'll lose the community. As a software engineer, contact me so I can help you fix this so people can get married..

App is too glitchy. I'm getting an error message when trying to go to the "settings" tab. Issue still exists after restarting and also uninstall/reinstalling the app. Customer support is horrible. They only told me that they can't give refunds but did not acknowledge the issues I was having (and ignored my request to delete my profile). I highly recommend not purchasing anything off this app, its pretty much a scam at this point.

The app, in terms of purpose, is working well. It's known that looking for someone within a specific cultural circle is difficult and Salams simplifies that process to a certain extent. The main issue is the app itself. For that past two or three months, after an update, the app is unbearable. It is very slow, very unresponsive, and trying to view things, like profiles, has become very difficult. I have tried everything from reinstalling the app to clearing data, nothing works.
