I would like to give it 0 star for service, because there was none. Calling them 7 times and was not able to find the service I'm looking for. Wasted 30min and hundreds of ntd because I'm on my cell phone.

Was able to use it then upgraded my OS to Android 11 and realised everyone else has this issue.. SC tech team probably didn't anticipate this change but then again, I need the app to do my banking needs especially transferring of funds.. when I use mobile web, it says I can't do it on mobile web.. so errrrr I have to use the desktop mode of my web to continue with my transaction.. very inconvenient indeed but what's the use of the app if I can't use it.. hmm

We've resolved the crashing issue happened on Android 11 in our recent update (6.0.24). Please upgrade SC Mobile to the latest version. We will continue to enhance our functions and services in hope to provide a better user experience to you in the future.

login page is terrible. you should combine all apps into one with a country selector like hsbc has. the error, you sre logged in else where try after 10 minutes is incorrect. i closed the app and instead of just updating device that is logged in and kicking the other device off, i need to wait more than 10 minutes. needs global transfers like hsbc for instand transfers between own accounts worldwide instantly.
