Playback option doesn't work. Can't watch a specific time, when you try to select a specific time it goes back to the hour before. Video clip recordings do the same thing; if you want to watch a clip recording, you have to start from the beginning of the clip, if you try to go to a specific time it just takes you back to the beginning of the video clip. This makes the motion notifications useless. Hopefully they can fix this issue.

Worst app ever! I stopped receiving notifications on my phone. What is the point of paying a lot of money for a system that isn't going to work correctly. Customer service is no help either! Fix the issue with android or refund my money back. I'd rate it zero stars if I could!

totally dissatisfied with the whole system, PERIOD. I wish they could show me how to reset the system on the DVR using my phone. Wish I could see my camera views on my phone. I tried using the app they suggested ten times and still got no results. Need to be able to put my email info on the system. I handle the surveillance equipment for the property now and the owner doesn't understand how to use the system. He gave up and gave the unit to me. He has no patience. I hate to give a bad rating.
