the app design looks like it was made by an 11 year old, it doesn't show all information needed. by far one of the worst banking apps in barbados. improvements are much needed. the app also crashes too many times and no improvements are made during these.

It works once you can get into it. However, it has to be uninstalled and reinstall each time to get it to work. That's not good. Each time I call COB, they say they are not having any problems from they end. 🙄 Please improve the stability of the app.

App does not work for too long at all. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work. After I've logged in, I may not get back into the app for another session. Very buggy. Once you get in, it's very easy to use.
