Okay, but forecasts too hard to see. Can't zoom on the pictures and can't touch them to make them larger. Also, forecast rarely matches their own first alert 5 app with snow forecast, typically report two different totals.

Same experience here. As of 12/3/2021, the app crashes immediately when trying to open. Re-installing did not help. Now permanently uninstalled. Update 12/5/2021: Received a response and a fix released from the developer the next day after posting the above issue. Very good customer service. The app is now re-installed. Thanks.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We did have an issue but have since released an update to the app. If you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it should work as intended. Again our sincerest apologies. We truly appreciate your support.

Super consistent. Some of the the news apps crash a lot. This one as never crashed on me. I also have not had to adjust the notification settings. It doesn't spam you with everything every minute of th day.
