Spent half an hour trying to book two tickets. Horribly made app. Keeps showing message "can't connect to server". When I select the seats finally and try to pay, the screen gets stuck and no payment portal comes. I finally managed to book it throught the website, and I chose for the option to get the tickets sent by whatsapp and paid QAR 1 extra for it. I never received it. Openly stealing money from people also.

Very very bad app. Pkeas dont use this app to book ticket for movies. The app is full of bugs and the devslopers dont take any responsibility to fix it. When you check availability of seats for a movie it will show many empty seats and then when you select one and proceed to book, the app will show that selected seat is already booked. The app is not at all updatss and veru annoying. Better use Novo app instead of this

The app consistently fails to process movie ticket transaction, making it unstable its primary purpose.. Don't download any one please.. You can't book tickets from this app and web site also.. 😡😡😡
