Has OTP generation when travelling but when request and try to use it doesn't work. Citi thailand also has the worst customer service because they don't train their staff af all. Can't capture screen when need data and can't use I to when travelling if don't have local Sim.

NEED to FIX the focus issue. When to scan (to pay), the first trial will be alway failed (out of focus). Had to go back to previous screen and come back to scan again then it will work.

Mess. In sometimes does not accept the password and in sometimes does not recognise the fingerprint, but always there's an issue. And the funny thing is when they say: to continue in English press 2....you press.....and they speak in a foreign language. Worse banking app ever
