This app is always breaking down, so you can't pay your rent on time or contact anyone. This time the app has been out of action for over 2 weeks

Nothing was fixed. The maintenance man was a joke. He basically walked in, said the building was new and insulted me. He was very condescending and extremely rude. Not what I expected for $2150 a month for a 748sf apartment. I contacted the leasing office and they said they would send a different maintenance man on Sunday, but that never happened. Now my request is closed without anything ever actually getting fixed.
