Sunshine Coast Council’s (SCC) free app provides a wide variety of functions reflecting the diverse range of services provided by council for the Sunshine Coast
The SCC APP includes:
· Report a problem by submitting a service request and attach photos.
· Present details of the Sunshine Coast SmartCity Precinct.
· Find ways to contact council.
· Search for and access event information.
· Access disaster related information such as closed roads, warnings, evacuation centers, flood maps, delayed flights etc.
· Find council services and utilities.
· Note: Some functionality may not work on Android 11.

Opened Disaster Hub, saw link to download Coast Alert app, but link is broken. Is this app = Coast Alert? All very confusing, please fix broken link.

Pathetic app. Tried to download my rates notice, about 6 times over 18 hours. Wouldn't download. Went to desktop and got it immediately. Don't bother with this app!

I was told by SCC Customer Services that this was one of the "official" ways to contact the SCC. Appears this app only gives a list of phone numbers. I can phone the SCC without this app. For issues, alerting the SCC for hazards etc Much better to use "Snap Send Solve" app.
