VASCULAR IMAGE is an updated and innovative in the diagnosis of vascular pathology educational tool.

This initiative is carried out by Noelia Alonso, vascular surgeon at the Hospital Universitario Central Defense "GÓMEZ-ULLA" - Carabanchel (Madrid) and Clinical Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Alcala de Henares (Madrid). Why reason? Because he understands that scientific information should be rapid and universal so that the medical community can move forward, shortening diagnosis time, and get the most out of the imaging tests that you have at your fingertips.

The free availability of content vascular imaging reflects the strong commitment of providing knowledge to a wider audience, not just radiologists and vascular surgeons, but also to residents or any doctor interested in image interpretation. It focuses on the unusual clinical problems and difficulties and diagnostic errors where image plays an important role. rare problems, unspecific symptomatology, incidental findings, anatomic variants ending in consulting any medical professional.

All cases are collected throughout my professional experience for fifteen years as a vascular surgeon pictures, in which two included as a medical resident in radiology. The post-image processing has run to my office and making illustrations and tables, with the sole intention to improve understanding of each of the diseases.
