This app is so glitchy it's crazy. Multiple times it has kicked me out of the app just before I'm able to submit my order. It then charges me for the order that I didn't place and I have to hold my breath hoping that the money will be returned. Hire a better person to manage your app because it has made me not want to order from moby dicks numerous times.

Spend over a thousand $ and one update remove all reward points, purchased history, cards, broken receipt summit system and reset account. Would give it 0/5 if was it possible. Edit: I got positive feed back from the staff in Vienna Tyson location. Their staff did their best and give me the best possible experience because of this app. I would rate moby's Vienna staff a 10/10 but this app still a 1/10. Only positive I can give is "hey at least it working"

New app is terrible, it doesnt allow you to earn points with certain credit cards only. I had so many points last account and it's all gone.
