Bank of Khartoum’s Bankak / بنكك is a smart app (previously known as mBOK) designed for its customers to access their bank accounts or mobile accounts with ease and safety. More than ever powerful mobile banking & mobile account experience.
To log in, use your Bank of Khartoum A/C – CIF or create and access your mobile account instantly using your valid mobile number.
بنكك account allows any BOK account holder to subscribe and access his account and enjoy banking from home.
بنكك mobile service allows customers to open Mobile Account using their valid mobile number.
Features:
• Instant and Real-time access to your account from anywhere.
• Secure your account and stay informed for every transaction via instant SMS for all transactions done.
• You can transfer any amounts up to SDG 2,000,000/Day.
• Transfer Funds between your own bank accounts, To Other BOK accounts, to Other Banks (via Card number) and to any Mobile Money account holder.
• Use “بنـكك |PAY” (QR code-based payment method) to do Payments at any بنـكك |PAY Shop or BOK Wakeel.
• Cardless Cash Withdrawal (OTP) withdraw the money yourself or use this service to send money to anyone who can visit BOK ATM or BOK Wakeel shops to receive cash.
• Save Funds Transfer or Bill Payment beneficiaries for frequent transfers and payments.
• Instantly create Fixed Term Deposit account and enjoy one of the highest profit rates (up to 15.18% in 2018) among Sudanese banks via بنكك Account.
• Set Standing Order for repetitive and schedule funds transfers to other BOK accounts via بنكك Account.
• Manage password reset, registered mobile phone, email address and security questions update from the app.
• Available in Arabic and English language.

Great App I use it since 3 years ago.. There are some issues but this because of the network and the the situation of war. I think add dark theme to android version Make app more nice

This update is disappointing You cant log in unless celluar network is present . You cant access your account on wifi network unless your sim network is present simultaneously Very frustrating

What's new

1.New feature added to allow customers to report wrong transfer transaction and notify the receiver of the amount and give them an option through the app to returned the amounts.
2.Reset password using security questions new flow.
3.Update email through bankak new flow.
4.Enhancing the transaction history with a quick search option.
5.New option added to report bill payment service disputes.
6.Allow customers to share their inquiries related to different services through Help option.
