First of all, they needed to do something on this app because when I deposit money or customer deposit money to the bank the app doesn't reflect and update the balance it takes time. So it is very tiresome because you cannot use the money as emergency when the customer deposit or when other person deposit money for you. very boring . can rate 6/10

The poorest service ever.. I cannot access my money when I have an emergency, and when I call the helpline I'm told I should visit any of their branches. When I have an emergency it will mess me up. Un reliable. It sucks because anytime I load that account next thing is I cannot withdraw, withdrawing becomes an issue untill I visit the bank.. Nkt!!

Pretty much disappointed....on the notification icon it only lists the last 1 transaction,someone sends me money and I receive it a day after the transaction tried sending an email but was never resolved and the transaction costs too
