Previously worked well. For the last two months, similar to other reviews, unable to open the app, with the status saying "App Error" before the app shuts down. Despite deleting and redownloading there has been no change. This needs to be amended ASAP as there is limited opportunity to check bank balances and transfer otherwise.

You guys can still do better. We still have to put the T Pin to make payments. Why not replace this option with fingerprints? The idea of saving utility account numbers in beneficiary section is good. Overall satisfactory. Simba Pay doesn't even work. The app is very backward

The system is hectic please it's always we are unable to to process your request,,, I can't send money through mobile app why all this. Like a month now please upgrade
