Modern Coast EA

Modern Coast is great but services are slowly dwindling, honestly. Some years back, it was better. Well with the introduction of the booking app, it was made easier. At first it was convenient...then now however, the app was changed and it's actually irrirating. Its an android app for goodness sakes! Make it android compatible, not desktop based.

Poor services, takes long to load. Message on mpesa payment comes very late. Fares not indicated. Just the discount. Ticket confirmation message takes forever. Better off booking manually at the office. Not forgetting customer service number that doesn't connect

I hate the Application ever since the last update was made. No more Visa Payments, No more East African Currencies, it's just a lot of mess. I don't recommend downloading this piece of cabbage if a design. Just go to their Bookings Office.
