Would give 0 stars if I could. They continue to say on phone, website, and app that they are transitioning platforms but you can still make payments. I can't even log in anymore. The only thing it shows is that message. They don't answer their phones either, God forbid you get some help. I can't get in anywhere to make a payment so it's going to be late and it's their fault. I'm sure I'll still get to pay the late fees though.

Its takes a little time to learn but once you do it has a lot of good information that I like having at my fingertips. However the the notifications will show 6 new ones and when I click it, there is no message nor notification. I hope I'm not missing anything important. I'm hoping they see this and fix it. It will be a great tool for communicating.

Like another reviewer stated, you can not make a payment anywhere due to the loans being transitioned to another platform. It DOES state 'if you wish to make a payment..." following the new address using a money order or check. It seems to state they may not issue a late fee due to their company transitioning. (Almost 3 weeks waiting) Now IF I get charged a fee, I'm filing a complaint to the DOE and CFPB. And everyone else should also. They do not answer their phones, so it cannot be tracked.
