I absolutely love that there is a safe place to share my family's pictures away from social media and I've used this app since 2018! BUT lately there have been SO MANY problems. Videos won't render. Pictures will post but no one can see them. It's very frustrating and kinda pointless if I can't successfully upload pictures and videos... I'll happily go back to a 5 star review if they're able to get these bugs fixed. This has been going on for far too long now.

Love the app, as does family/friends. The email options are great. It badly needs an update and some better features, but overall am happy with it. Unfortunately, latest update (1/21/23) completely broke the app. It won't open at all, crashing immediately. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't work.

Have used for nearly two years with no issue. Have had more and more issues with things not uploading or the app crashing. Still not fixed with recent update We really love this app and hope it improves Update 3/6 Continues to have intermittent outages, can't upload or videos won't render. Tech support takes a while to get back to you. Not satisfied for an app we are paying monthly for 3/24: Tech support gives unfulfilled promises that this app is going to be fixed. Works whenever it feels like
