PC Remote VIP

It normally works okay, but the connection fails whether I try to connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi unless it's a problem with the PC app instead of the Android app. I still haven't been able to use the remote desktop feature. I tried deleting app data on my phone and trying to connect to BT and Wi-Fi (also use it off of hotspot and normally works), but it still fails. I guess I will reinstall the PC app and see if it helps.

it has served me well. But I got embarrassed because suddenly your connectivity to take over PowerPoint presentation as is now crashes the app And will not control PowerPoint. Otherwise, you would get a 5 from me. I felt powerless, useless and the man didn't say anything right away but he did remember and I'm actually selling your app in a package deal. You are losing customers now. For a long time I've been using your app then all of a sudden the app works no more in that area. please fix

The app is working but really really buggy . Using it as a gamepad in cod very laggy and touchpad is jumping around like crazy. found myself Spending more time trying to optimize it than using it for what its suppose to be doing . Emailed them about the bug with no response. The app has no detailed user manual as well about the functionality of some customisation features like scripts on buttons, and when emailing them asking how to do also no response. Support is just terrible .
