The MOTOsafety app is a companion application to the MOTOsafety GPS teen tracking system. This easy-to-use app lets you locate and monitor your teen drive in real time directly from your Android device. This application requires an active subscription to the MOTOsafety service.

App will not load 90% of the time. To get it to load and track, I have to uninstall and then reinstall and it works a couple of times and then right back to not loading. Update on 11/4. Downloaded the newest version and it seems like it's even worse. For example, today I had to unninstall and reinstalled at 12:30 p.m. to get it to work, then at 2:15 p.m. would not load. Had to uninstall and reinstall it again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on the App! We see you are using App Version 4.3.25. Our most recent version in the Play Store is v4.4.12. Please download the updated version and this problem should be fixed for you.

The older versions of the app used to work very well. Lately, I find this app being unreliable with poor refresh rate for my car's location and being unable to locate my vehicle for an extended period of time. If the problem continues to persist, I might have to find another solution to monitor my teen's driving and cancel my subscription. As others have mentioned, the app sometimes gets stuck on certain functions and doesn't go back to locating my vehicle.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on the app. We recently made improvements to the location refresh rate in the app. Please make sure you've updated to the latest app version and then let us know if you're still seeing an issue.

The update is no good. It zooms in automatically when the refresh button is used. The old app loaded with a larger area. Also when the app first opens it opens to an area not in my state and nowhere near where my vehicle is. I have to refresh after the app opens then I have to zoom out to see more area around my vehicle. Also you could click on the info tab above the vehicle location and it took to another screen that had a link with the addresses the went straight to Google maps. This one doesn't do that anymore. The old app had no problems like this. I wish I could reinstall the old one.
