Some days it works, some days it just says searching, and you don't know where the taxi is. Hopefully, they can add option where driver can contact customer if they can't find them. Maybe fix the app first before the office staff go off at the client for cancelling the job. How would I know if a driver is on the way if the app doesn't work.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! When you call Central Coast Taxis number you are constantly told to download the app but when you actually do download the app it barely works. The driver's won't pick you up from any taxi ranks even though they have my details that I used to sign up to the app and constantly get your address wrong. Plenty of drivers have told me not to download the app because they think it's useless and if the driver's think it's useless and doesn't work why should I use it then.

Poor in-app booking, had to cancel 2 out of 4 bookings due to no drivers getting assigned after upwards of 30 minutes after pick-up time awaiting. Had to walk home on both times I did have drivers, as post-appointment, as new driver didn't show up after vet to home booking was made via calling. Recent trip was round trip, app and in-car display and driver confirmed, payment on statement also shows double charged, supervisor claimed traffic and increased booking (despite the same from December).
