Using "Track my taxi" can only be enabled if I give the app permission to access my contacts. I can't see any reason that track my taxi needs access to my contacts. I don't trust apps that request questionable permissions. Also, the first time I used the app, I booked well in advance and the cab was still 30 minutes late. The booking didn't even get created until a few minutes before the booked time. I'll stick with Uber in the future.

When the app works it works well. Takes an extremely long time to open. Stays on the yellow screen. Don't know if it is trying to acquire a GPS signal before it shows the order screen but if it is, I would rather it show the order screen and then acquire the signal. At least then I would know it's working. If that is not the reason it is slow then work on it loading faster.

Very slow, sometimes it doesn't show if your booking was picked up, "live" map shows nothing. The developer of this app should take a look at other ride share apps like uber, they are night and day in functionality. Try to pre-book and won't know if you're getting a ride until 5 min before you need it, or not at all. Takes the security out of "pre-book" Lame.
