Buggy software - crashes regularly on simple functions, like getting a 14-day usage report. Limited functionality and real-time reporting!! Would be great if it remembered key data, like email addresses to send reports to. Would be useful if reports would be available in .csv format in addition to the static PDF, as there are no useful totals in the pdf version.

Rooted Device Detection: Review: MTN Uganda's app is essential, but rooted device detection could be more user-friendly. Instead of blocking access completely, consider a warning prompt to inform users of potential risks and allow them to continue using the app at their own discretion. Transparency fosters trust and inclusivity, encouraging broader user engagement and feedback. Looking forward to enhancements. Thanks,

I preferred to rate you guys through the app but the rating option ain't included, so I have to tap all the way to the play store. I got to say thanks for being precise to the point when it comes to purchasing subscriptions...
