ok everyone, finally figured out the problem with the app. the reason it doesn't work to submit your paperwork is because the app doesn't ask for the permissions needed. so you will have to go into your settings and turn those on. Grant access to your storage and camera. this should be automatic but i guess the developer hasn't figured it out. i hope everyone read this and gets it working. be safe out there

App crash resolved (Android): If the app crashes when attempting to submit your paperwork, it's due to the app not having the permissions it needs to access your camera and storage. Go to your settings, apps, select the MVT app and grant permission to your camera and storage. This should resolve the issue.

The old app worked fine. Now when u try to send in ur documents it just crashes. If u don't know how to upgrade an app. Maybe u should leave it alone
