About this app

The MyFlex app makes it easy to submit claims for all benefits administered by your plan service provider:
• Healthcare and dependent care – for quick reimbursement
• Debit Card receipts – to verify your card transactions, as required by the IRS
• Commuter and adoption claims – for quick reimbursement

Use this app to submit claims any time:
• Healthcare and adoption claims – simply take a photo of your receipt with your phone
• Dependent care claims – capture your provider’s signature in the app or submit a photo of your receipt
• Commuter claims – simply take a photo of your receipt (if you have one)

Use this app to submit Debit Card receipts any time:
• Immediately after you use your Debit Card
• Later, after your plan service provider asks you to submit a receipt to verify an eligible expense

Also:
• View your current account balance and other important plan info
• View all payment activity for all programs, just like on our website
• View the Account Statement for available programs, just like on our website
• Help on how to submit claims and receipts, and next steps

App seems to work fine but the lack of update notes is concerning and seems lazy. I should not have to hunt down what changes are being made to the app especially when there is a specific place in the play store for those very details.

would be nice to be able to add photo of receipt while looking at the receipt details. current way of uploading photos of receipts feels random to where I'm assuming somehow the claim-proof photo will magically attach to the receipt needing the photo proof. after uploading the photo, in my transaction history, it still shows need receipt.

The app used to be fantastic, but for the past month I have not been able to log in. I constantly get server unavailable. This needs to be fixed ASAP! PLEASE!
