Installed the app on a Pixel 3xl. It found and paired easily. I ran the firmware update, which appeared to install fine. Afterwards, the app refuses to pair. Tried deleting/ re-adding the device, uninstalling/ reinstalling the app, etc. After an hour of frustration I gave up. After noticing the negative reviews began about a year ago, I tried installing the app on a tablet with an older version of Android and it works fine. Something in the newer OS seems to be causing issues.

Bluetooth difficulty connecting as so many people here have commented. I think the company needs to put some effort into fixing this. When I do get it to connect, it works fine. UPDATE: So it appears that you have to have location turned on for the bluetooth to connect. Odd way to design an app, but there you go. Bumped up the review to 4 from 3 stars.

I get the thing installed, and one of the lifters does not pair. I did call customer support and they answered the phone. After walking me through it, I was able to get it to pair, but the lifter would not travel up or down. Because I have an android device he said the option is not available to set the low point on an android phone and I needed to find someone with an iPhone in order to set the low point for the lifter. Pretty ridiculous that after spending 800$ I cant get the thing to work!
