WFSB

For news content & reporting WFSB Channel 3 is 5 stars, but I can't give their app that because more times than I can count over the last few months I'll read 1 or 2 news stories & then all the other ones will have a white screen when you go to open them. I've made several reports about this issue, sent emails to WFSB about this, removed and reinstalled the app, but it keeps happening. I personally think it's happening due to WFSB updating the news stories. WFSB hasn't confirmed this with me.

This used to be a great app. It still has lots of information but I think channel 3 needs to change their advertising. Their commercials always say " You can rely on a app when every second counts" . Then why do I have to watch a mattress commercial before I can check the radar when a severe thunderstorm is coming in? They never had commercials before and now there are pop-ups and videos all the time.

Ads are ridiculously long and excessive. I receive push notifications with great headlines. However, when I want to know more about the actual news story in the notification, I'm brought to view the entire live news broadcast vs. the article with the news story from the notification. UI is clunky, can be difficult to navigate when looking for something specific, such as a news article.
