A MONTHLY PHOTO JOURNAL IN THREE STEPS
• You create – You and other family members upload your photos from your phone.
• We print – At the end of the month, Neveo displays the photos on a page in a beautiful photo journal that we print out and send.
• We deliver – A few days later, your grandparents will receive the photo journal containing all your printed memories!
HOW TO CREATE YOUR FIRST PHOTO JOURNAL
• Download the application, create your account and choose the plan that suits you best.
• Upload your photos. You have until the last day of the month to add more photos.
• Add descriptions. This is not obligatory but it always makes the experience more user friendly!
• Invite your family to take part. Brothers, sisters, loved ones, etc. In short, everyone who has nice photos to add.
• That’s it!

At Neveo, we believe the photo continues to be an ideal way to maintain family bonds. The proof is that we all love to leaf through our family photo albums and recall our fond memories. But we also know that our daily activities do not always leave us with enough time to share photos of our children and vacations with grandparents.

We are a young and enthusiastic team who want to put the grandparents at the heart of their families. This project has motivated us since 2016 and we hope it will allow many children and grandchildren to strengthen the bond with grandparents.

It's a fantastic idea and I look forward to using it in the future. My problem is that the app itself isn't too great. Buttons often don't work, the swap function, if you want to move your pictures is quite odd and you can't even crop the pictures or choose which folder to search. You just get all your pictures and have to search through the bulk. If they can fix that, I'd be more than happy!

So the ad lies there is a commitment as soon as you give them your card they charge you monthly EVEN if you dont pick ANY photos for an album. The product itself is great but I suggest going through a different place to do it. I tried to cancel it all they did was suggest asking for a refund EVERY MONTH I dont print out an album. There is no way to cancel the subscription even though it says cancel anytime.... Very irritating!!!

Vou n'êtes pas obligé de revenir tous les mois mais seulement quand vous voulez que votre journla soit imprimé alors là on remboursera tous les mois sans photos :)
Pour annuler votre album, il faut vous connecter sur PC et aller dans la section abonnement.

Great ideal but extremely glitchy app. I tried to talk to customer service and they were very unhelpful. I got the feeling there was a language barrier. Edit: I upgraded from a two to a four because there have been some improvements with updates to the app.
