It's meant to manage the line and make easier to navigate the different functions. But I have two issues with it: 1. It loads up too slowly, regardless of the connection speeds. 2. Purchasing via Mpesa would work seamlessly, if it actually works. The pop up menu to input PIN never occur 10/10 attempts. 3. Can you consider "borrowing" from another providers progress which does not require data to operate, to make it easier to purchase data from in app?

The app is miserably slow. You can download a 10MB video faster than getting this app to open. We are forced to use it only out of necessity at times. Even if you are scraping data on startup, kindly be a bit conservative. Also whatever internet bundle you buy through the app is autorenewed and there's no way to unsubscribe from a bundle using the app. That's very bad usability to say the least. Please work on these.

The app takes forever to load up. It's not as responsive as it should be. Feels like a rushed project in response to something rather than a product for the users. Pretty frustrating to work with. Edit. On top of how bad the load time is for this app....the website is worse. I keep being asked to put in my password, after doing so and logging in, I'm asked to put it in again. I'm in an endless loop of logging in. Wouldn't recommend using Telkom online.
