I'm pleased with fluidity of Vodafone service. However, there are couple of things that need to be fixed. I've never worked with an app that won't let you manage or change your password. The password feature does not work if you try to change it. Also, some features such as transfer of allowable data from my fixed broadband (family plan) to my registered Vodafone mobile number doesn't work. This feature is part of the plan. I'll review this rating if those issues are addressed.

I have downgraded my rating. The app has great tools, which are useless. After my initial review I was expecting improvement. Here we go: everytime you try password reset, you get a message you are unable to reset your password. This makes the app not secure. The Option to open support ticket to report a fault or outage doesn't work. There is also an issue with transferring data from the fixed bb to Vodafone line. Fix the issues and stop your comment BLA BLA for people to contact you.

This app is just awful. Sometimes you can't even log in. I spoke to a rep who confirmed that at certain times of the day logging in is difficult due to server demands - Vodafone you're a huge company, upgrade or expand your servers. Trying to check your balance for broadband doesn't work, so you can't tell if the data ran out or if there's a network fault, you just have to guess. On the previous version there was a constant error, in the new version they completely removed the function.
